Oasis Petroleum has entered into four separate agreements to acquire a total of 161,000 net acres in the Bakken for US$1.52 billion. The properties are concentrated in the West Williston and East Nesson project areas in Williams, McKenzie, and Burke counties, and together hold production of 9,300 boe/d.
