OML 102 is a shallow water block within the NNPCL/TotalEnergies Joint Venture (JV). The major development on the block is Ofon which came onstream in 1998 and proved to be the largest oil field in the JV's offshore acreage. Ofon Phase 2 was launched in 2007 but first production was delayed until 2015 due to NNPCL's funding issues. Ofon Phase 2 provides incremental oil and gas production including previously flared gas.
