Report summary

The shallow water Ima field straddles OMLs 112 and 117 in the southeastern Niger Delta. It was brought onstream in 1997 by Amni International. Production peaked at over 10,500 b/d the year following start-up, and has been in decline ever since. Although oil production from Ima will soon cease, the export terminal will remain operational.
