Report summary
OML 31 is a large block in the central Niger Delta. Previously a part of the Shell JV, the block has six discoveries- Kumbowei, Egbedi Creek, Beni Uden, Kolobiri, Kabiama, and Ososo, all of which remain undeveloped. The operating conditions are difficult, as OML 31 is in a swampy terrain and is bisected by numerous creeks, with access only possible by helicopter or boat. Most of the fields....
