Report summary
OML 31 is a large block in the central Niger Delta. Previously a part of the Shell JV, the block has six discoveries which remain undeveloped. The operating conditions are difficult, as OML 31 is located in a swampy terrain and is bisected by numerous creeks, with access only possible by helicopter or boat.
