PEL 104 and 111 is an oil development located on the northwestern flank of South Australia's Cooper/Eromanga Basin. It is one of a number of small oil field groupings that are not part of the Cooper Basin Joint Venture (CBJV). The Growler and Snatcher fields are the biggest discoveries to-date and production began in March 2008 and December 2009, respectively. The CBJV-operated Moomba plant processes all liquids and gas produced in the Cooper Basin, including that from PEL 104 and 111.
