Report summary

The Pinghu field was the first producing asset in the East China Sea. Development was facilitated through a series of loans secured by the ADB (Asian Development Bank) and EIB (European Investment Bank). The first phase incorporated a self contained drilling and production platform gas and oil pipelines to shore an onshore gas processing plant and oil storage and loading facilities. The second phase of development was completed in 2006.
