Australian-listed Po Valley Energy operates the onshore Selva Malvezzi block in the Po basin, Italy. Following a successful appraisal well at the Podere Maiar gas field in late-2017, the concession was finally awarded in July 2022. Production started in July 2023 and reached almost 3 mmcfd in early-2024.Po Valley has received approval from the Italian authorities to develop the offshore Teodorico gas field in the Adriatic Sea.
