Report summary
The Pretty Creek field is located 10 kilometres from the Beluga River field and five kilometres inland from the Ivan River field. Unocal discovered the field in February 1979 and began production in 1986. The field was shut-in in 1999 until a newly-drilled well brought it back onstream in December 2001. Nevertheless, gas storage became the emphasis of operations at the field in 2005, while intermittent production fell below economic volumes. Annual production since has not exceed one mmcfd. ...
