This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
This analysis presents summary data for the two commercial fields that have been discovered in Belize. They are located onshore. Spanish Lookout: The field was discovered through the Mike Usher-1 well in 2005. Two follow-up appraisals confirmed the commerciality of the discovery and commercial production began in December 2005. Since then, further drilling has taken place and there are now more than ten producing wells at the field. Never Delay: The field was discovered in 2007 through the Never Delay-1 well. It was brought onstream in March 2011 and at its peak produced from five producing wells. However, production declined rapidly and the field was shut-in in October 2014.
