The PTTEP1 concession, or Suphan Buri Area, is a small onshore oil field development that was formerly known as BP1. The produced crude is transported to the refinery at Bangchak. BP began exploration in the area in 1985 and discovered the Kamphaeng Saen and Uthong fields in 1987.
