Queensland Curtis LNG (QCLNG) is a Shell-operated coal seam gas (CSG) to LNG project in Queensland. Of the three CSG-LNG projects in the region, QCLNG is unusual in that it does not have a consistent participatory structure from the upstream through to the downstream. The consortium partners Shell, CNOOC and Tokyo Gas have stakes in the upstream acreage and facilities, and the downstream LNG trains.
