The RAJA Cluster is a three-field Discovered Resource Opportunity offshore Peninsular Malaysia, awarded to Dialog under the Malaysia Bid Round 2024 by PETRONAS under SFA PSC terms. Comprising the Rhu, Ara and Janglau fields, the cluster is estimated to hold around 20 mmbbl of contingent resources. Development is assumed to be based on a standalone concept, with a central mini CPP at Rhu and a shared wellhead platform for Ara and Janglau, supported by an FSO for storage and export. First oil is expected in 2029 following a two-year development period, with peak production of around 9 kb/d. The project economics are sensitive to capital intensity and operating costs, particularly given the reliance on standalone infrastructure within a relatively short production window.
