Country Report
Russian costs and services
Report summary
Country report on costs and oil services in the Russian Federation. The country's liquids production grew steadily in the last decade and is settled to remain above 10 million b/d in the foreseeable future. Low lifting costs and a well performing service sector have been crucial to making this possible. The depreciation of the Russian rouble and efficiency gains have lowered lifting costs in dollar terms. At the same time, service companies continued to deliver in a very tough environment. This slide pack covers our view on costs and oil services in Russia.
