Report summary

The KG OS DW (IV) block is located in the Krishna Godavari basin on the east coast of India. Three notable discoveries have been made on the block namely the G 1 S 1 and Vashishta fields. The Vashishta field in located to the south of the G 1 field and 19 kilometres southwest of the Kanakdurga field. The G 1/GS 15 fields were brought onstream in 2011 while ONGC has earmarked the S 1 and Vashishta fields for a cluster development.
