The Saltire, Iona and Chanter fields are located in the Central North Sea, seven kilometres south of the Piper field. The fields were developed using the Saltire ‘A’ platform. Oil was exported from the Saltire ‘A’ to the Flotta Oil Terminal via the Piper 'Bravo' platform. Sales gas was exported to the terminal facilities at St Fergus via the Frigg UK (FUKA) pipeline. The Iona field ceased production in 2013, followed by Saltire and Chanter in 2014. We assume decommissioning will be complete in 2031.
