Saudi Arabia has an estimated oil production capacity of 12 million b/d. Saudi Arabia is OPEC's largest and most influential member and plays a key role in adjusting production in response to market conditions. From 2017 to 2022, Saudi's oil production averaged 9.8 million b/d, but it has ranged from 12.1 million b/d in 2020, just after an earlier OPEC+ agreement ended, to 7.5 million b/d when Saudi Arabia made additional voluntary cuts at the peak of the coronavirus crisis. ...
