Report summary
The Seram Non Bula PSC is located in the Seram Basin, onshore Seram Island in eastern Indonesia, and contains the producing Oseil and Nief Utara fields. Oseil is a heavy oil field, relatively high in sulphur content, brought onstream in December 2002. The Nief Utara oil field, located approximately six kilometres southeast of Oseil, was discovered in May 2008, and brought onstream later that year. From 2010, the operator has sold Oseil crude without first processing it into HSFO and naptha on Seram. This report includes an overview of trends and activities in the asset with analysis on cost, production, cashflow and fiscal terms.
