Report summary

Silvertip (AC 815) is a heavy oil and associated gas field located in the remote southern region of the Alaminos Canyon protraction area. The field is being developed as a three-well subsea tie-back to the Perdido Regional Development, which includes Shell's Great White and Tobago fields (see separate analyses). First production was achieved in December 2010. When brought onstream, well #SA1 was the deepest subsea producer in the world at a water depth of 2,851 metres (9,356 feet). ...
