Report summary
SK410B is a shallow water block, located approximately 90 km offshore Sarawak. In June 2019, PTTEP discovered the giant gas field, Lang Lebah, the company's largest operated discovery. Lang Lebah's gas has CO2 concentration of 13% and a sulphur content of 14,000 ppm, requiring a CCS solution. The operators are struggling to sanction the project, challenged by high development costs and tough fiscal terms.
