Sunspear (GC 78)
Report summary
Sunspear (GC 78) is a small oil and gas discovery located in the Green Canyon protraction area of the central Gulf of Mexico. The field was discovered by Talos Energy in July 2023. Talos plans to develop the field via one subsea well tied back to the Talos-operated Prince facility, which lies 12 kilometres (7.5 miles) to the north.
