Report summary
The Black Sea is set to take centre stage in 2014 as ExxonMobil and OMV Petrom prepare to drill several deepwater exploration and appraisal wells in Romania. This is only the first tranche of the ten or so wells we expect to be drilled over the next five years across the deepwater Black Sea. And this is in a sector that has seen only seven wells drilled so far.
