Report summary
The Tomoporo area consists of Tomoporo and Tomoporo Deep fields.In 1998, the three PDVSA subsidiaries - Lagoven, Maraven and Corpoven - were merged back into the PDVSA holding company. Thus, since 1998 Tomoporo have been owned and operated by PDVSA. In May 2024, Repsol announced that Tomoporo and Tomoporo Deep fields were added to their Petroquiriquire joint-venture with PDVSA.
