Report summary
Oil and gas production continued to grow in H1 2015 following the stabilisation and slight growth in 2014 after years of decline. Compared to H2 2014, liquids grew by 27% and gas by 14%. Liquids production on Nexen's Buzzard decreased but the field remains the largest liquids producer in the region. Production ramp-up on Elgin and Franklin continued in H1 2015, allowing it to replace J-Block as the largest gas producer in the region.
