Report summary
The Varg oil field is located in the Viking Graben of the Central North Sea, close to the UK/Norway median line. The field has been developed with a monotower wellhead platform in conjunction with the Petrojarl Varg, a Tentech 750 design floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO).In May 2008, Talisman spudded exploration well 15/12-20S on the Lilleulv prospect 0.5 kilometres west of Varg.
