West East Gas Pipeline III
Report summary
West-East Pipeline III (WEP III) is connected to line C of the Central Asia-China Gas Pipeline that runs from Turkmenistan, via Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. It originates from Horgos City in Xinjiang and terminates at Fuzhou in Fujian Province, crossing a total of ten provinces, including Xinjiang, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian and Guangdong. The pipeline has a designed transporting capacity of 30 bcm per year (2,902 mmcfd).
