At this event, Ross Millan (Director, Global Fiscal Research) presented our views on Nigeria's draft National Petroleum Fiscal Policy (NPFP) in Will Nigeria's fiscal policy deliver "a fair return to the state and investors". The NPFP is expected to form the basis of the new petroleum bill.
