What the session will cover: PA6 and PA66 – Polyamide bio-sourcing update, cast Nylon and PA Film technical and market aspects.       • Truong Mellor is a Senior Research Analyst with PCI Wood Mackenzie, covering the aromatics chain in Europe since June 2017. He was previously working at ICIS as a Markets Editor for nearly 9 years, where he covered several product chains but was primarily focused on benzene, styrene and other derivatives. He graduated from Sussex University in 2005 with a First Class degree in Politics, and has also lived, worked and studied in France, Australia and Singapore.

      • Dr. Crystal Chiang is a native of Taiwan and graduated with a BS in chemistry from Soochow University in Taipei. And she went on to receive a Ph.D. in chemistry from University of Massachusetts, Lowell in United States. After graduation, Crystal worked for BASF Taiwan for her first job in petrochemical industry in 1998, and then moved to only caprolactam producer in Taiwan, CPDC (China Petrochemical Development Corporation) for 7 years. In 2007, Crystal joined CMAI focusing on nylon intermediates, polymers and related businesses in Singapore. She joined PCI continuing her professional life in the nylon industry in 2010.

      • Justin is Director, Global Production, at LMC Automotive. In this role he provides the functional lead and global oversight of the company’s automotive production forecast activity. Prior to joining LMCA in 2013, Justin has held key sales and commercial management positions internationally for both Johnson Controls and GKN Driveline. In addition to this, he has held traditional product marketing roles with Mazda (UK) as well as senior analyst roles at RL Polk (Marketing Systems) from where he started his career. With more than 20 years of extensive automotive business experience, he has gained a ‘real world’ insight into the commercial pressures and planning challenges facing the industry throughout the Value-Chain. Justin holds a BSc degree in Economics and Human Geography from the University of Reading.
