On 28 February, the US and Israel launched attacks against Iranian government, military, and nuclear targets. Iran retaliated with missile and drone strikes on Israel and US military bases across the GCC. The US hopes for a swift resolution, but escalation remains a grave risk. In this insight, we assess the impact of curtailing all LNG supply from Qatar and the UAE under three scenarios: 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month disruptions. We also include curtailments of Israeli regional gas exports for the same period.
