Gavin joined Wood Mackenzie in 2023 as a principal analyst in the Middle East upstream team. He brings more than a decade of upstream industry experience in exploration, new ventures, corporate strategy and valuation of upstream assets and businesses.
Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie, Gavin worked for Capricorn Energy’s business development and strategy team where he was responsible for the project management, evaluation and execution of M&A projects. Earlier in his career, he was part of the exploration team responsible for the world class Sangomar field discovery, offshore Senegal.
