Javier leads the Southern Cone gas and power research team. He is responsible for Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Bolivia gas and power markets coverage, and is based in Rio de Janeiro.
A specialist in natural gas, power and renewable energy, Javier is an economist with more than 12 years of experience in the energy sector, both in the private sector and in international organisations such as the World Bank and GIZ.
