Nicole Papaioannou

Nicole brings substantial experience as a technical and commercial advisor in the midstream LNG and downstream gas transportation industry. Her focus lies across the complete LNG value chain, including project development (liquefaction or regasification), and associated project financing. She is also expert in commercial agreements.

Having led transactions and due diligence studies for major gas pipeline systems, Nicole is adept at advising on LNG export and LNG-to-Power projects. Recently, she spent more than three years advising a leading Sub-Saharan government on its negotiating strategy with operators, providing technical understanding of upstream gas production and midstream LNG/gas marketing.

Nicole previously worked for Mott MacDonald in sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and Europe.
