Arch announced on 28 June 2013 that it has arranged to sell the Dugout, Skyline and SUFCO mines, all in Utah, to a joint venture between Bowie Resources and Galena Asset Management (a subsidiary of Trafigura Beheer) for US$435 million in cash. Of this, US$104 million will come from Galena for a minority equity stake. This deal will significantly increase Bowie Resources' production profile, more than doubling their current production, while providing Galena significant upside potential. ...
