Report summary
Crown Mountain is a metallurgical coal project in the Crowsnest Coal Field in southeastern British Columbia. Jameson Resources Limited is the project's main investor with Bathurst Resources Limited as a strategic partner, which has the option to invest a total of C$110M to become a 50:50 joint venture partner. Currently Jameson Resources Limited currently holds 78% of NWP Coal Canada Limited, the development company, while Bathurst Resources holds 22%. Crown Mountain will produce approximately 86% low-volatile hard coking coal and 14% PCI.
