Curragh is a large metallurgical coal exporting mine located near Blackwater in the southern Bowen Basin. Curragh also sells domestic thermal coal to Stanwell power station. Curragh is covered by mine leases ML1879, ML1990, ML 80086, ML80010, ML80011, ML80012 and ML80110.
