Report summary

Dawson Complex covers a large geographical expanse of the Baralaba coal measures in Queensland's southern Bowen Basin. Anglo and Mitsui amalgamated the former Moura mine with adjoining projects to form Dawson Complex. Dawson includes three mining areas and one project area: Dawson North, Dawson Central (formerly Moura), Dawson South, and Dawson South Stage II.
