Report summary
On September 30, 2015 the US Environmental Protection Agency released its final regulation for effluent limitation standard for steam electric generating units. The rule limits discharges of toxic metals (arsenic, lead, mercury, selenium, chromium, and cadmium) and nitrogen from wastewater and coal combustion residuals.
