Shanxi Meijin Energy (hereinafter referred to as Meijin) is a private company under Meijin Energy Group. Meijin's coal mining operations are based in Shanxi province. It produces metallurgical coal. Currently, Meijin has four operating mines. All of them are underground mines. Meijin acquired the Jinfu mine in 2018. Later in 2021, Meijin bought Jinhui from the group. We expect Meijin to produce 3.1 Mt of coal in 2023 at an average total cash cost of RMB641.1/t.
