APAC Energy Buzz: Re-inventing the North West Shelf
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
Australia's North West Shelf LNG project is preparing for change. The bedrock of the country's gas export industry for over 30 years faces declining production and will be forced to reduce exports unless new gas is secured. Identifying backfill resources isn't the problem, but reaching agreement on long-term third-party gas into the plant is proving a challenge. If Australia's most iconic LNG project is to usher in a new era of opportunity, the corporate log-jam needs to be broken soon.
