Greece energy markets long-term outlook 2015
Report summary
Since 2008, Greek energy consumption has declined by an average of 5% per year mirroring a GDP contraction of the same magnitude. In 2014 energy demand stabilized for the first time since the beginning of the crisis, but additional demand contractions are expected in 2015 and 2017. By 2035 end-use demand will remain 33% below 2008 levels as a result of the permanent demand destruction.
