Insight
China gas and power month in brief: July 2016
Report summary
Summer in China is all about the heat and the rain. For gas and power markets this normally translates into weaker gas demand in the residential sector and rising hydro output squeezing gas in the peak power market. Given this, we're not overly concerned with the slowdown in gas demand growth seen through June and into July.
