Bogue power plantThe Bogue power plant is located 3 km inland in Montego Bay. This plant started operations in 1973; over time it expanded its capacity based on small turbine additions for peaking. Before the implementation of the second phase, in 2003, it was composed of six combustion turbines with a total capacity of 115 MW.
