Report summary
TTF increases 40% with extended NCS outages, smaller than expected US injection sparks rally As of 14 May settles, TTF posted a 40% increase since last week, with July at $12.1. NE Asia increased by 10% to $9.7, resulting in TTF taking the premium again. Leading the TTF rally this week is the Norwegian Coastal Shelf (NCS) maintenance. Previously scheduled to end 11 June, it has now been extended to mid-July. As of Wednesday, the Henry Hub July contract remained flat at $2.3 week-over-week but rallied 9% after a surprise storage report Thursday.
