Report summary
Europe's August TTF prices currently sit at $10.2/mmbtu, reflecting structurally lower prices levels seen over the past month. This week, a price pull from Asia emerged due to concerns over Freeport's outage. Higher temperatures in Europe supported increased power burn, with Germany and the UK forecast to experience warmer than usual weather. The European balance is looser week-on-week, with a strong decrease in send-outs. France's 8 Mt per annum Montoir LNG terminal will remain offline for 10 days till 1 August. European underground storage is in line with 2023 levels, now up to 80%. Gassco's flow rate is currently sitting at 331.8 mcmd.
