Report summary
With storage containment on the horizon, contango steepens and LNG on-the-water faces higher levels in the fall As of 19 July settles, contango steepened for TTF and NE Asia. Notably, NE Asia October decreased by ~15%, widening the contango between the Oct and Dec months. NE Asia lost the premium to TTF for most months as TTF and NE Asia continue to push price signals for cargoes back and forth. Henry Hub saw marginal declines on the curve this week.
