TTF rises as Nord Stream utilization remains depressed with Gazprom and GTSOU unable to compromise on an increase in Ukrainian transit flows TTF settled at $39.6 on Wednesday, up from $34.8 last week, as the drop in Russian gas via the Nord Stream pipeline eclipsed larger LNG send-out and piped flows from other origins. Coal prices were up as well, with Rotterdam coal’s front month contract settling at $340/tonnne on Wednesday, up from $320/tonne last week. This latest price jump has raised the top of the coal-to-gas switching range to $34.4/tonne for July and an average of $32.5/tonne through year-end.
