Magnolia LNG is a proposed 8.8 mmtpa capacity LNG export project in the US Gulf Coast. The project is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Glenfarne Group, via the holding company Magnolia LNG Holdings, LLC. Glenfarne Group purchased Magnolia LNG from Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (LNG Ltd.), a publicly listed Australian company, in May 2020.
