SummaryThe Sabah Sarawak Gas Pipeline (SSGP) connected gas fields in Sabah to the MLNG export complex in Bintulu. The northern segment of the pipeline was permanently closed in August 2023 after significant disruptions. Meaning gas can no longer flow from Sabah to MLNG. The pipeline had a 36-inch diameter and was 512 km long. Before the pipeline was closed down capacity was allocated to the Kebabangan Cluster and SB1 Kinabalu fields.
