The Rudong LNG facility is located on reclaimed land within the Yangkou Port area in Jiangsu province. The first commissioning cargo came from Qatar and was delivered by the 145,000-m3 Al-Rekayyat in May 2011, marking the first delivery of LNG from Qatargas to PetroChina.The terminal is owned by Kunlun Energy (55%), Pacific Oil & Gas (35%) and Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group (10%).
