TRBA Salvador - LNG regas terminal
Report summary
TRBA Salvador entered service in 2014 after almost two years of construction. A series of injunctions due to environmental concerns caused work stoppages twice in 2013, and upon commissioning technical problems surfaced. These problems delayed the opening from late-2013 to late-January 2014. On 6 June 2016, Petrobras announced its intention to sell two of its regasification facilities; Baia de Guanabara and Pecem.
