Peru: Economic growth and reform agenda at risk

In Peru, the scandal will sap the dynamism of economic growth by delaying key infrastructure projects. Although the presidency is not at risk, President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski's reform agenda will be side-lined.  Loss of public trust in the political establishment may also lead to the emergence of anti-establishment candidates in subsequent elections.
